These professional equipments have high precision to minimize the product differences, to realize a better display consistence.
They permit switching to another product rapidly and keep the good production capacity. These advanced automatic equipments reduce manual intervention, which improve the products reliability greatly. Additional, we have the detection and testing post at the end of production line, so as to control the unit electrical performance and products appearance.

Basically we are running pre-delivery test through three steps. 1) 24 hours of led modules test when the SMT process is finished. 2) flatness/brightness/electricity test when the led cabinets are assembled. 3) 48 hours of playing videos/single color for the assembled led screen.
